Preferred Choice, Inc. is a Manufacturers’ Rep and Wholesale Agency serving Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. Preferred Choice has established strong relationships with Midwest distributors and catalog houses over the last 25 years, allowing us to bring together these buyers with leading manufacturers in the industrial supply, construction supply, concrete supply, rental and roofing markets.

Our Team

John Tschosik, Owner

With more than 25 years of experience in industrial and construction distributor sales, John has worked as a manufacturer’s rep since 2003. With Roy Bach & Associates, John grew sales from 15-30% annually. In 2011, John established Preferred Choice, Inc., a manufacturer’s rep firm and wholesale business. John is a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and Certified Professional Manufacturer’s Rep (CPMR). He is a member of MANA and STAFDA. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Illinois State University.

J.D. Sanders, Sales Manager

J.D. has been with Preferred Choice since 2018. J.D. is a Certified Professional Sales Consultant and Certified Professional Manufacturer’s Rep. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Western Illinois University in 2007 and his Master’s Degree in Law Enforcement from Purdue University in 2014.

Troy Larson, Outside Sales Representative

Troy graduated from Illinois State University in 2024 and brings over five years of sales experience, with a strong background in customer service and relationship building. He enjoys developing lasting relationships with customers and helping them find the right products and solutions for their needs. Outside of work, Troy enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family.

Enzio Manzella, Inside Sales

Enzio joined Preferred Choice in 2025, bringing more than 10 years of experience in sales and customer support. He is committed to building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service. Enzio earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University.

Maureen Tschosik, Office and Marketing Manager

Maureen has over 20 years of marketing communications experience in industries ranging from telecom to primary steel to non-profit. Her experience includes website development and maintenance, email marketing, CRM management, tradeshow management and public relations. She has a B.S. in journalism from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Sydney Tschosik, Administrative Assistant

Sydney joined Preferred Choice in 2023 after receiving her B.S. in Recreation, Sport and Tourism from the University of Illinois. She is currently working part-time, managing several administrative tasks for the agency. When not working for Preferred Choice, she teaches contemporary, jazz, and ballet dance classes at local studios.
